Your guide to Work Life Flow’s 360 degree feedback

Your role:
1. You’re the recipient of the 360 feedback (candidate), or
2. You’ve been asked to review someone else (reviewer)

For candidates:
You will probably have received a briefing email – either from us, or from someone in your organization – explaining why you’ve been asked to complete a 360 review, and explaining what happens next.

What does happen next:

You will receive an email from us which will include your user name and password, as well details about timescales and how to select your reviewers.
When you log in, you will first be asked to submit names and email addresses for your reviewers. In order to avoid unnecessary delays to your 360 reviews, please ensure that the email addresses submitted are accurate.

Once you’ve entered the details for all of your reviewers and submitted them, you will be able to complete your self-questionnaire. You can choose to do this immediately, or to come back to it later. If you choose to come back to it later, a reminder email will be sent to you, including your login details again.
Submitting your completed self-questionnaire is the last step in the 360 review online process for you. Once your report is complete you will receive it along with a feedback session as part of your development programme.

It’s as simple as that.

For reviewers:
You will have received an email asking you to complete a 360 review for someone you know.

The email will contain a link to the relevant questionnaire. The questionnaire is specific to you and can’t be used by anyone else. Simply click that link – or copy and paste it into your browser address bar – and you will be taken directly to the questionnaire you need to complete. All the information you need will be on the screen and you will not be asked to click through to multiple screens. Our user experience is deliberately kept as quick, easy and clear as possible to make our 360 review a smooth user experience.

The candidate for the review will be named in the email and at the top of the online questionnaire. The email you receive will be addressed to you by name and you will be named on the online questionnaire. This is to ensure that, if you are a manager completing more than one review, you are clear on whose questionnaire you are currently completing.

Once you have completed and submitted the questionnaire, you will not be able to access it again and your actions are complete.
