Jo manages the Engauge support desk, and is in constant contact with our clients throughout the world. She has experience of helping users across all size and types of projects, always providing the world-class level of support that forms part of our standard service, with energy and a smile!

Jo is a dynamo in the office, making sure that everyone has what they need to do their job best.

And the rest…

Jo has 2 gorgeous children, one of whom wants to be an academic, the other wants to be a popstar.

Cooking and baking are two of her favourite pastimes….she can often be found dancing around the kitchen, spatula in hand to the sounds of ABBA, much to the embarrassment of the children when they have friends round. She has yet to try this in the office …

Loves being creative, and turns her hand to everything from jewelry making to dressmaking.

Travelled round the world  for a couple of years…favourite places without a doubt Hawaii and Laos.

Will happily get up at 5.30am to watch a beautiful sunrise.

Perfect day out…a picnic by the river in the sun.

Perfect night in….glass of red with good food and a great movie.
