Hayley joined the Engauge team as our Engagement Manager with 13 years senior HR experience, her most recent being with a Best Companies recognised organisation. She brings a practical and valuable insight into engaging employees from the bottom up.

Hayley was nominated for HR Magazine’s Rising Star award in 2008, and brings creative flair and a true passion for sharing her experience.

Having worked in both the Public and Private sector her broad experience of the challenges facing organisations gives her a unique insight and tool kit. Couple this with her genuine passion for engaging employees and releasing their potential, Hayley is committed to supporting organisations whilst they create vibrant, successful and passionate work places that achieve success.

A firm believer in making a difference through personal, practical, simple and effective solutions, Hayley relishes working with organisations in releasing and maximising employee value.

And the rest…

She loves a challenge and being active. Hayley has worked with charity organisations providing activity holidays for special needs children and adults, always a fun and laughter packed adventure.

A hugely passionate photographer, it’s no surprise that she loves to photograph people naturally, not forced or posed, and is invariably found with her camera in her hand. (This does mean there are few photos of her, as she is always the one behind the camera!)

Hayley is mad about spending time with the family and friends, good food, travel and adventures…. and stripey socks.
