Alex Dawson
Alex is a qualified professional coach available for 1:1 work in Cambridge and the surrounding area. He provides tailored one to one coaching programmes to enable individuals to maximise their own personal performance.
He has worked with a range of individuals, predominantly senior managers, from both the private and third sectors and has focused both on skills development (e.g. time management, performance management) and career development (helping individuals recognise where and how they need to develop their skills and experience in order to reach their career aims).
Alex currently works for Breast Cancer Care as their Learning and Development Manager. He is an accredited coach, having gained a Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring through the Oxford School of Coach-Mentoring.

Jeannie Hodder
Jeannie is a leadership development consultant and an executive coach. She has worked for over 20 years in both the private and public sectors, developing the potential and improving the performance of both teams and individuals. She has extensive experience of using the 360 degree feedback report as a valuable tool in developing leaders.
She has courageous authentic conversations with her clients to help them to make important discoveries and decisions which support them in achieving their goals and in improving their relationships. She has worked for several years in a large pharmaceutical company providing a training, development and consultancy service for senior managers and professionals, both within the UK and internationally. She is an executive coach within executive education at London Business School.

Jeannie has an Diploma in Executive Coaching (EMCC) from the Academy of Executive Coaching ,an MA in Manpower Studies from Westminster University (equivalent to the CIPD graduate level qualification), a BA (Hons) in Sociology, a Drama Therapy Diploma, and a teaching qualification (P.G.C.E.). She is licensed to practice Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Practitioner). She is qualified to use the psychological instruments Firo Foundations and NEO PI-R, and the emotional intelligence test MSCEIT. She is an Honorary University Fellow at Peninsula Medical School, University of Exeter and also an Affiliate at the Centre for Leadership Studies, Exeter University. Diana Hogbin-Mills
Diana is dynamic, practical, with a can do attitude. She creates high performance environments and works with individuals and groups to make this a reality. Coaching, using the 360 tool is an integral part of her work to maximise talent.
Diana specialises in the disciplines of talent management, career development and people-based change with a particular interest in engagement and retention. She has honed her expertise over 15 years in business. Diana works for a range of private and public sector organisations, including global operations and start-ups, covering financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology, manufacturing and advertising.
Diana is a Founding member and Head of Research for the Association for Coaching, an independent non-profit organisation. She is a Fellow of the RSA, and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute for Personal Development (CIPD). Her training qualifications include a coaching certification and a NLP Practitioner certification. Diana holds a BSc in Mathematical Sciences, she also holds a second bachelors degree in Psychology.

Kim Jelphs
Kim is currently working as an Independent Development Facilitator and for one day a week, as an OD Consultant in an NHS Foundation Trust . Prior to these roles she worked as a Senior Fellow at the University of Birmingham and as Clinical Director for Clinical Development at South Staffordshire NHS Trust. At the University her role focussed on leadership, organisational development and coaching. In her NHS role she led clinical governance in an innovative way, with some processes and tools receiving national recognition.
Kim has worked in and with public services for 30 years and has held senior clinical posts in both the acute and primary care sectors. Since 1997 Kim’s work has been in the areas of professional development, team based working, leadership development (including coaching), service improvement, working with people, organisational development and governance.
She is an accredited Executive Coach and has a master’s degree in Primary Health Care Management and Policy.
Kim has extensive experience of working with individuals, teams and organisations (at local, national and international level) on both long and short term projects in Public, Voluntary and Independent Sector organisations.
She is a creative, skilled facilitator and coach who passionately believes in helping people to make sense of things, in order to develop organisations, teams, systems and themselves. Dr Jeremy Payne
Jeremy is a Partner at Obsidian Consulting which he joined in 2000. He specialises in organisational and individual Performance Management and the crucial linkages between the two, and has a track record of successful interventions at Board and senior management levels. Jeremy leads Obsidian’s Individual Development product stream which includes 360 feedback as a key element. He has extensive experience of successfully applying 360 feedback in both public and private sector organisations.
Prior to joining Obsidian Jeremy has a strong commercial background with over fifteen years experience in major corporations. He has held a number of senior executive positions in strategy, quality and internal management science consultancy. He held a senior group strategy and planning role in BT where he was pivotal in the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard and the European Excellence Model at corporate level.
Jeremy gained his BA from the University of Cambridge with First Class Honours in 1978 and his MA and PhD from that University in 1982. He successfully completed the International General Management Programme at IMD in Lausanne in 1993 and became an Accredited European Quality Award Assessor in 1995.
Jane Thomson
Optimism, energy, flexibility, business experience. Those are the qualities that clients highlight when talking about Jane. They say her belief in coaching the whole individual, not just the executive in the role, and her faith in their ability to create change, have helped them to achieve a sustained, higher level of performance.
Jane led international equity sales teams at Societe Generale, SG Warburg, NatWest Markets, Commerzbank and ING Charterhouse. Her experience and in depth knowledge of companies in a wide range of global sectors gives her first hand experience of the critical issues encountered by business leaders and the range of situations they must be equipped to deal with.
Jane focuses on one-to-one coaching at a senior level. She coaches on single issues, with executives who are stepping up, and on programmes delivered for top teams. She is experienced in all types of 360 from the bespoke through to web based tools and is accredited in a range of tools including NLP Business Practitioner, Firo Element B, Team Climate Survey. She actively uses the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Steps 1 and 2, both on an individual basis and when working with teams. Jane has coached in the energy, retail, media, insurance, financial services and telecommunication industries at FTSE 100 level.
In the last 12 months she has worked mainly in fund management, insurance, telecoms, energy and retail. She also has current and past experience in media, entrepreneurs, corporate communications and VCs.

Lollie Tuckey
Lollie’s clients say she gives them the optimism and confidence to change. This reflects her belief that the point of coaching is to explore and learn how to do things differently and better. Lollie is experienced in working with clients through periods of critical change and growth. Clients appreciate the knowledge Lollie brings from her background in marketing, having been marketing manager at Courtaulds.
