Carol manages the Engauge support desk, and is in constant contact with our clients throughout the world. She has experience of working on projects with users based in the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA, always providing the world-class level of support that forms part of our standard service, with a smile!

Carol is our planning guru and has the remarkable ability to keep everyone in the office on track, on time, and (most of the time…), relatively sane!

And the rest…

Her dog Cheddar is everybody’s favourite.

Carol is a master at baking mouthwatering morsels. Her banana bread is legendary.

Football is a firm family favourite – everyone is a huge fan, both on the field and on the sidelines.

Living in the Cambridgeshire countryside gives Carol ample opportunity to be in a place she loves – out in the fields, enjoying the gentle scents and sounds of wildlife and farmland. Sunset is her favourite time of day.

Carol stays up to date with happenings in the wider world. In her usual efficient way, she listens to the radio while she gets on with her busy life.
