Highlands Ability Battery Reports
When an individual completes the Highlands Ability Battery, a thirty-page report is issued electronically. The report converts the scores on each worksample into percentiles showing the relative position of the individual among all Highlands test-takers.
The report contains a description of each worksample, followed by an analysis of the score achieved by the individual on that worksample. The analysis tells whether the individual’s score falls in the high, medium or low percentile and explains the significance of the score to the individual. A person in the medium percentile in the worksample on Idea Productivity, for example, will be told, among other things, that she would enjoy working in environments with a moderate amount of change and some demand for problem-solving and persuasion.
Although the report itself is comprehensive and self-enlightening, Highlands requires that it be supplemented by individual or group feedback by a trained Highlands Affiliate.

Interpretation & Feedback
The Highlands Ability Battery contains nineteen different worksamples, each assessing a different individual ability. No one individual scores equally well on all worksamples. For example, an individual may score high in Idea Productivity but low in Number Memory. In each individual, abilities form a pattern or “cluster” which is unique to him or her.
Engauge consultants are accredited to deliver one-on-one feedback with individuals and group feedback among a number of people with similar backgrounds.
