Our 360 review offer for Charities

We’re committed to giving something back wherever we can. So a while ago we decided to provide our expertise and access to our tools to charities.

How it works:

If you are a registered charity in the UK, we could offer you up free 360 degree feedback reports for up 10 of your team. There’s no catch. No hidden costs and no obligation to buy anything from us afterwards unless you’d like to – we won’t even contact you to ask the question. If you do want to use more of our services, it will be up to you to get in touch with us. And we can give you the same offer every year.

Just because it’s free to charities, doesn’t mean we’ll compromise on quality. This is not a ‘cut down’ version of our system with no support. We supply exactly the same 360 standard, with our full support desk service, and access to experts at every step of the way. We also insist that every recipient of our 360 feedback on this offer is also given a 1-2-1 feedback session by a trained facilitator. If you have an HR or training department, we can work with them to ensure this is done to the correct standard, or we have a number of partners who have been generous enough to offer some of their time for free to match our 360 review offer.
