To start off with, we’ve launch this ‘Engaging People’ blog where you’ll find thoughts on building a more connected workforce. We’ve all had the problem of working with someone who leaves their enthusiasm at home when they come to work. And the pleasure of having people in the team who are really committed to doing the best job they can. Engaging People will help deliver tips and thoughts on how to get switched on people working with you. Share it with your managers to get them thinking about it too.

We write about ideas that help you do business better, and expert opinion on our key area of expertise: 360-degree feedback.  We’ve provided our 360-degree feedback service for some of the most respected companies in the world, for government departments and for charities. You can take advantage of our breadth of experience in this area to help you deliver the best 360-degree feedback programme possible.
