We’re sure that many of you have read, listened and loved Winnie the Pooh stories over the years, but have you ever stopped to consider what he’s really telling you?
Here’s a taster;
“Here is Edward Bear coming downstairs now, bump, bump, bump on the back fo his head, behind Christopher Robin. It is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there really is another way, if only he could stop bumping for a moment and think of it” Winnie the Pooh A.A.Milne
Sometimes we all need to stop and think about the way we are doing things, just because “it’s always been done that way” or “is the only way we know how to” doesn’t mean to say that it is really the only way!
We know that if you ask the people who do things the most often, they will have lots of thoughts on betters ways, more efficient, more flexible, more responsive, more everything ways to do your business.
