It’s often said that we should learn something new everyday and learning something new is exciting isn’t it!

The brain is just like a muscle and the old adage ‘Use it or Lose it’ applies to it as much as it does to your abs, your thighs or your arms. More exercise – more toned – ready for action – better performance.

Its a formula. And just like a work out in the gym, you need to work as many parts of your brain as possible so mix up the material and don’t just stick with one subject.


Ask yourself – What part of your brain have you been exercising recently?
