It’s great to find an article that’s over a decade old but is still just as relevant as ever. I found one on 360 degree feedback which was printed in Fortune magazine in 1994. It has some excellent anecdotes from executives who discovered things they hadn’t known about themselves before. Worth reading.
I wrote a post about it on the 360 on 360 blog. You could skip reading through my thinking out loud in the post and just click the link to the original article at the end. But hopefully you’ll find my thoughts useful and relevant along the way. I’d like to think so anyway.
