Mind Apples

“If eating five fruit and veg a day is good for your body, then what’s the equivalent for your mind? We want to know the five things you do to keep yourself mentally well. What do you do every day, or regularly, to keep your mind healthy?”

We’ve partnered with the guys at Mind Apples to provide their survey to companies. We do this at no cost and provide the results to you and to the Mind Apples team. They get the data to add to their research. You get a report to share with your staff telling them about your organisation’s own 5-a-day.

How it works:

- You contact us and tell us you’d like a Mind Apples link. (And if you give us a copy of your logo we’ll personalise it for you with pleasure.)

- We send you a link and some suggested email text.

- You send out an email telling staff about the survey and inviting them to take part.

- Anyone who wants to take part logs in and completes the short survey (Anonymously, if they wish)

- We collate the result, send you a report and provide the Mind Apples team with the results to add to their database.

Cost: Only a bit of your time to talk to us and send out the email to staff.

In the meantime, if you’d like to try the survey yourself – click here

Ask yourself this… what do you do every day to stay on form mentally?
