Why we’d love to get personal with you

Engaging employees is our big thing. So we’ve written posts about how to improve employee engagement, coaching programmes to help staff engage with the company, and using 360 degree feedback to help employees be better engaged with their development programmes.

But our readers fall into two distinct groups – and the stuff they want to read about isn’t always the same.

We work with HR managers who want to know how to do this employee engagement and 360 degree feedback better in their organisations.

And we work with consultants, trainers and coaches who want to know how online performance assessments and technical tools can help build their businesses.

So we engaged the fabulous Andy Field to give our website a tune up, and now we can deliver just what you want to read.

If you’re an HR manager, you may want to sign up for our HR Manager  feed (or email feed). We publish a weekly tip from People Alchemy, and from time to time, ‘how to’ posts on better ways to use online tools.

If you’re a consultant or a coach, sign up for our Consultants feed (or email feed).  Here’s where you’ll be able to read about ways to add value to clients and build your business.

Of course, you may want to sign up for both – which we’d absolutely love. Whichever you’d like to have a look at, you get to choose what sort of information we deliver to you. We just thought it would make our relationship with you more personal.
