Engaging Conversations

As you can imagine, a discussion about employee engagement between a couple of dozen HR managers and consultants was likely to be lively and, well, engaged.

Yesterday afternoon we facilitated the first discussion group of the LinkedIn, Cambridge HR Group. The discussion ranged across the areas of how to get management buy in to programmes, through what warning signs to look out for that might indicate disengagement, to a range of things that really work.
