In a recent workshop on Leadership it was noted that, in troubled times, companies need ‘nutters’ to lead them. Nutters, by definition, are those who do the exceptional. They think differently and they tread new paths. Perhaps as leaders for our businesses, we should be looking for those who create their own unique way in the world.
