Here’s a bit of Friday Fun! We came across this fantastic mood boosting creation today and having tried it in the office, agreed that this was something you could do in any workplace, creating a buzz, some fun and of course satisfying everyones’ need for chocolate.
So what do you need:
A mug, spoon and a microwave and the following ingredients per mug:
4 tablespoons of flour
4 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons of milk
3 tablespoons of oil
a small splash of good vanilla
Optional Extras, Tub of Ice cream, chocolate chips, or other godies you think might be nice in your cake!
Instructions:
Put all the dry ingredients into your mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well, add chocolate chips (Optional remember) and vanilla and mix again. It should look like this now:
Put your mug in the microwave and cook on full power for between 2 -3 minutes. The cake will rise over the top of your mug, but don’t be alarmed
Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a place if desired or just add icecream or chocolate sauce or other to the top of your mug, take your spoon and enjoy!
Now there is no reason not to have cake day in the office!
